Well, there has been many a sad day in television over the years, thousands that haven't yet been covered on tvf. I've done my bit.

Suprisingly, TVF's search engine only gives about 10 posts in the last year where he used "RIP". I'm sure though there's about 100 more obituary posts where he expressed his deep and heartfelt grievance as just >>>

Maybe he used R.I.P so it didn't show up.

WELL I am SHOCKED that once again I have been warned. There are, as I mentioned, thousands more threads the MUST be created to mourn every single star of stage and screen.

Just so long as bloody Shirtlifter's been warned as well, it would almost be fair. After all, he started it.

A pound to a pinch of doggy-doo that he hasn't though.

Yup, I got an oh-so-scary PM from an "unread account".

Guess some people don't appreciate satire.

nok32uk has always been the cream of shit, obits or no. I was planning to go in on that thread too, missed out on my chance of satire again.

Oh well, there'll be another soon for someone who hasn't been in the spotlight for some time and few remember without being prompted on their appearances.

Maybe in the Ben Shatliff Memorial Sewage Farm Dedication thread?

Never let it be said that his website combining both politics and ITV1 is undeserving of such an honour. Also...

It is down to the moderators and not individual members to decide what is acceptable on this forum. I appreciate a mass influx of threads on a certain subject may provoke a certain response but I find it difficult to believe that some members cannot avoid clearly labelled threads. If a threads not interesting, people won't post and it'll quickly disappear.

Individually attacking members for posting what they feel is not appropriate will not be tolerated. Maybe having posting privileges temporarily or permanently removed will make these people realise it's not worth it.
Ho hum, discuss.

A fairly normal fit of peak from the sadministrator, or ought we to call him the fuhrer?

It's his forum and nobody else's. You will only post words he wants to hear in his forum. Free speech was abolished the day he created his forum. The fact that you can say what you like practically anywhere else on the internet is of totally no consequence to him because he's far too self important.

Situation normal, totally under the absolute control of Herr Hicks.

If the mods won't tell people to stop being such idiots, who will?
