Hi there

This is driving my mad, my wife and seem to be the only ones to have watched it, it was sometime in the 90's.

It was a Science Fiction Spoof about a guy called Murf Tov, a cross between a small pensioner and a chav that breathed carbon monoxide or sulphur, he lived in the sulphur mines where he spent his time riding the mining buckets and conveyor belts whilst the miners worked.

One day he became unwell, so the film crew placed him next to the exhaust of there Land Rover to revive him on the fumes.

I would be very pleased to hear from anyone that remembers this program.

I believe this was written by Joe Harvard, head of BBC1 at the time.

Not wishing to stir things up but what started this 'tryst' between certain members and ex-members of TVF and Metropol?

As an irregular member here, most of my posts go on TVF, I am bemused by it all.

I was under the impression it was inconsistant moderating that is what galls many old timers. Then again it could be like the family rifts that have gone on for years and years. If you're to ask them why Aunties and uncles don't talk anymore, they can't seem to remember why they fell out but they're never going to speak to such and such ever again.
