I'd have wished you good luck but I was at a gay wedding on the London Eye on Saturday and haven't been home since last Tuesday... not back until Friday night!

There were just about 20 of us in the pod, whaich was decorated as it reached the bottom by a crack team of wedding pod decorators... most of the service was done in the pod, then we had champagne... then into County Hall where more people joined the party for the signing of the register. Then on a 1950s London bus and back to the hotel where the reception took place. Was a fab day, sunny and clear and you could see for miles on the Eye, though I was really concentrating on what was going on inside rather than outside!

The people in the pod above were peering down a lot, think they were probably looking for a bride!

Aww nice idea for a wedding. My sister got "sold off" last June (avoiding 6/6/6 by a day) in bonny Scotland overlooking the calm waters of Loch Lomond.

That'll please Gav and Hyma that I said nice things about the place up north!

:D

I don't think i could go up in the London Eye, I am scared of heights and would end up clinging to someone with my eyes shut.
(Offers from fellow clingy peeps welcome)
