It lies, well actually the forecasters lie. We've been given a weather warning yet so far we've got no weather, they lie, lie, lie ( i might take that back tonight or tomorrow though).
For research purposes i normally wake everyone up with " It's snowing and it's layed" followed by " Hunny! Would you clean my windscreen off for me please and while you're out there have a walk and let me know what condition the main road down the hill is like! By the time you get back i'll have a full english ready for you..... I LOVE YOU tons and tons!!!"
IT'S SNOWING.. YAY!!!
Over in Bromley it had been snowing a lot last night and this morning there was at least 3cm of snow everywhere apart from the roads. Sadly most of it has melted away at 3pm and all that's left is small clusters of snow in the back garden and on the rooftops of nearby houses.

And who was the Eurocrat who ordered the metrication of my snow?
What's the matter with snow being in good, old fashioned, feet and inches?
Bring back proper English snow, I say!
Well, okay, the Scots, Welsh and Irish can have some too, but only if it's Imperial snow.

Snow's pretty hard to forecast, to be fair. It depends on a higher number of variables than rain (temperature and relative humidity mainly) which have to be modelled all the way up to the cloud, which then may or may not sprout ice crystals.

There was loads by the time i woke up this morning. It Caused it bit of chaos on the roads. It was rather entertaining watching everyone from my kitchen window while i had my morning cuppa. Our boys in blue even showed up to close the main route out of this place, as apparently there had been a number of cars involved in a little accident at the bottom of the hill. Every year this happens as the council never seems to grit the roads round by me. I even managed to find time for a little snowball fight with my friend and her kids before leaving for work.
