I don't know whether I feel more sick from the amount I drank, the kebab, or the £70 taxi ride home. Some more easy to swallow than others!

Hope you all had a fantastic night and that 2007 is the best one yet.

Worse than that I was reminded at 2 minutes past midnight that I'll be 25 next year. I'm really old.

What about those fireworks on the Eye though - that was fantastic!
Yeah, but why couldn't they do that for the millennium (2000) or the real millennium (2001)? I never saw a river of fire!

Why do people say “Quad bike” and “Double prime”—it is like saying a “three-sided square”, oh wait they do, “Tri-square”?!

They're obviously taking the piss. I'm quite glad they recongise certain traits they may have! Can't see that happening over here somehow.

Well what a good start to the year for moi! Hope you all had a good new year eve/day. Sounds like there may have been one or two hangovers amongst us all that's got to be a good thing. Right?

Anyhoo! I was going to start a thread the other day asking what the most you've ever won on The Lotto online instant win games. As the most i'd won up till that point has been about 30 measly quid and that was like ages ago. This morning i decided to have a little flutter on that Deal or no deal game i only went and won a hundred quid, then i played monopoly and won and a tenner.

Instead of starting a new topic i thought i'd just brag about it here. I'm beginning the year full of optimism now.
