I recognise that 'officially' 0870 numbers are not classed as 'premium rate' but essentially they are considerably more expensive than a 01 and 02 number. In such a case a Premium is changed to the normal National Rate, I will in future call them premium with a small 'p' to avoid complication.

But then again, would Nick Harvey really stoop to so low a level to tout this month's edition of comment? ;) Which I'm looking forward to as it happens, because your Christmas ones are always good.
