People who live in subsidised accomodation and then moan their asses off to me that when they got a new fitted kitchen for free the plug sockets weren't put in the spot they wanted.
Ok, I'm being very specific, and the person in question is a dear friend - but it hacks me off nonetheless.

Oh and while I'm being so specific - the switchboard operator who makes dozens of personal calls, lets the phone ring 3 or 4 times before answering it, eats her lunch at her station BEFORE taking the full hour away from her desk, and has her husband sitting with her chatting for up to 45 minutes at the end of the day before he drives her the 1/2 mile home.
And then behaves like she is being victimised when she gets called into a meeting to ask her how she might improve.
It's been a horrible day.
