What on earth does that mean. My original post consisted of this:

I am most applaud at the removal of my highly informative image, no doubt by Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. But what I'm unsure of is if this is a mod edit, or the actual post.

I think it was a post. Joe, I think, is having a mid-life moment; and at 42 and some months he is decidedly premature.

Thanks for that.

I was wondering if people were actually posting the text, or posting the pictures and having them replaced with the text by dear old Charlie.

I've not been in the vicinity while a picture's been on display, so I wasn't sure.

More attacks on the effect, rather than the cause, then, I asume.

Surely it's only fair to add "Mod Edit" when one has ben carried out.

Well exactly, that Charlie was quite content to allow 'Paul Fox' to go along on his merry way trolling with his absurd polls, but when it came to a poll about this character himself, it's deemed inappropriate and the padlock comes out.

Not to mention the fact that you can't remotely deviate from any subject without censure.

Is it worth all established forum members moving their TV contributions to this forum whilst Herr Flick of the TV Forum ghestapo is on patrol ?

That is very much what I was hinting at in my last paragraph in the thread in Media Websites.

I'd be happy to do that, but it would need a significant number of people to be serious about doing it, for it to have any effect.

What do others think?

Might we have the possibility of an appearance of MP247's temporary TVF, even though the real TVF is still online?

That should be fucking interesting!

(Oops, sorry! Wrong thread for that!)

Well that's all well and good, but can I be trusted?

What if I get all power-crazed and go wonky?

i am up for the idea. in the same way we all respect the time and energy asa has put into the forum, is it TOTALLY unreasonable to expect a little rspect in return. i dont think any of us want back slapping or congratulations for posting and being part of our little online community ... but for the mods to defend the trolls and nauses right's to post utter crap whilst cracking down on the long term members for daring to voice the fact that newbies are spoiling their enjoyment of the forum.

perhaps someone (one of the guys who came up with the idea) should suggest when the strike should start?

I'm in favour of the TV Forum moving here.

Completely.

Don't tar me with a mod brush please.
Good Lord!
