Having recently submitted a request to see the infamous Birmingham Photo of dear old Tom I got thinking about this FOI business.

Has anyone actually submitted one of these hings in real life and did they get a responce?

I applied for a lock of Stephen Cole's hair through it, but I got a restraining order and six month's community service. :cry:

As a person who spends a lot of time administering FOI requests, I have to say please stop requesting my used underwear. It is not a public record and does not require disclosure!
I say it only because I'm good looking...
