This afternoon I bought myself a "disposable black peppercorn mill" from Scotmid (the co-op) as I had wown my nice acrylic one out. Its not that great but it will serve the purpose til I get a better one.

They had a white and multicoloured pepper version available but I decided to play it safe with black.

True story.

If only I had read this first I might have given white a go.
never fear, gavin.

i have found this website: http://froogle.google.co.uk/froogle_url ... AAAAAAAAAA

which will be able to supply you with the desired seasonings.

Brings out the taste a treat.
And I thought I was the only one!

At the risk of veering this topic off-topic, have you tried white chocolate and caviar? It's a lovely treat...

You telling me, Nick, you can't afford a Milky Bar? You should sell advertising on your website.

Well I now have a full compliment of pepper in various hues, but nothing to pepper with it.

Your suggestions for my tea, please. But I can't eat much following my surgery.

Oh you've twisted my arm.

Two weeks ago I had a rather extensive abdominoplasty, for purely cosmetic reasons. This has undone the many years of damage casued to my body by being obese.

I now have the tummy of a 21 year old.

Come and appreciate it quickly before he asks for it back.

Ah, that's all right then.

So long as it wasn't a syndrome implant at the Pilgrim!
