Can anyone recommend a chatroom script, no ads, which I can put in a HTML page using code, I don't really want to bother with downloading files.
Does this kind of thing exist

These things exist, and tend to use PHP and a form to give essentially a constantly refreshing page. The experience is horrible.
Otherwise the only way you'll get a copy and paste solution with no files is a commercial "free" service but they will have ads.
Metropol chat uses a freeware java client PJIRC and that can connect to any of the many thousands of old-skool IRC servers around the world. I'd recommend that.
