is just the website header, not the logo, and
is still the logo, hence why both appear on thier websites main page.

Home revamped their logo a few years ago to this:
Stockport MBC
from some strange logo made up of three chevrons! this was during the "lets paint everything orange" era which most councils seemed to follow. Now everything is white with a green stripe.
Uni is Ceredigion County Council:
Previously Dyfed with the only logo I can find:
Both Stockport and Ceredigion now seem to have returned to their Crests as logos rather than a graphic representation, no doubt they'll change again, at great cost!
