The best thing for depression is to play some of your favourite music really loud. A few Cracking tunes will bring you right back.

It's if you're not depressed that you need to worry. The world genuinely is shit, so as long as you recognise this there's not a lot wrong with you.

How to cure depression? Move to a planet that doesn't have bad things on it, I guess.

Well, yes, in that you're making others depressed.

When I'm depressed I call for the sacking of random people and then post hate messages on internet message boards. You could infact say I go a bit *mental*

Do you know what MrToms - I took your advice after today's god awful day at work...and I decided to try reading myself another news bulletin:

A feeling of pure ecstacy that just cannot be defined. The demo saved my life.

I'm still trying to work out why your job was advertised today! Maybe they know something you don't - or is it for when you do London in September?

Good demo - but in the recap I have one suggestion...

"If an alarm can't be turned off whilst you're not there, the Council will switch it off for you ...costing £150."

It sounds a little sarcastic and almost tabloidy - don't mean to put you down but it just sounded, well, sarcastic to me.

"The council will silence it at a cost of £150" might have been more appropriate.
