Plain white; large Tesco logo; 'funny' slogan in small print, like "baby carrots on board"AndrewPSSP wrote: ↑Mon 17 Jun, 2024 17.02
What does their new livery look like? If I'm honest off the top of my head I can't remember any other Tesco lorry liveries, apart from the you shop we drop and the one that has a giant Tesco wordmark in Cyan on a blue background

Oh I do think I've seen those.
I hate when companies try to be 'funny' or 'relatable'. It just rubs me up the wrong way.
Was worse during the pandemic, "we're all in this together" my arse

That's interesting. Those look like recreations rather than original pieces of old signage (aside from the yellow box fridge, although they were originally all yellow, the green stripes were added later I believe).
Unless they are leftovers from the Safeway conversion, when they stuck up that tacky fake 'tile effect' cardboard signage above the counters!! (Here is what I'm talking about if you're unfamiliar: )
What I do find strange though is that for the last shot, they used one of their concept versions of Market Street rather than the most up-to-date one... but then again it's Morrisons, should we really be surprised?
100% not original that mind, the fish counter didn't look anything like that.AGuyFromUpNorth wrote: ↑Thu 20 Jun, 2024 20.32That's interesting. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1 ... -w680-h510 - Redcar still had the old design until a couple year back.
Tbh the '1990's store' is pretty much off completely, nitpicking.

look how spacious that entrance is compared to the cluttered mess as you enter tynemouth todayZimba wrote: ↑Thu 20 Jun, 2024 22.37 https://c7.alamy.com/comp/2BWJW8C/1995- ... Aye it's a mess the entrances now. That's Morton Park at Darlington that mind but it's just very much the same, stock just all over the place now with the fire blind jammed half down and has been for years now.Pete wrote: ↑Fri 21 Jun, 2024 10.27look how spacious that entrance is compared to the cluttered mess as you enter tynemouth todayZimba wrote: ↑Thu 20 Jun, 2024 22.37 https://c7.alamy.com/comp/2BWJW8C/1995- ... Sad to see how messy the original Morrisons stores are nowadays (a fair chunk of the Safeway stores have always been a mess - let's be honest).
