Why is this categorised as "Scottish news"? It's about Fatty from the Beano's Bash Street Kids being renamed Freddy (for political correctness reasons, no doubt). Beano isn't only sold in Scotland, so this is national news, not local.

Bash Street is in Dundee tho

More importantly DC Thompson, publishers of the Beano, are a big Dundee company so I can see the logic.
