After the day I've had, this has been comedy gold!
Is the new Metropol going to be a public limited company? If so, I'd like to buy some shares. I mean, if Metropol is in the gutter right now, then surely the only way is up with new ownership.
Dillon. Please can you email me as a matter of urgency at [email protected] thanks!

This has to be comedy troll here?
I don't believe for one min this guy knows about websites, since if he did he would have looked at the bottom of TV forum and clicked on this link: http://www.tvforum.co.uk/help/about
To be fair, of course people have moved on, the forum is over 12 plus years old, and no one person can stand still for that length of time. New member do continue to pop up.
Internet is a completely different landscape for its birth, which I don't believe you every so.
I have, JUST, and its gone though some sweeping changes since 1990s, and Web 3.0 will continue that trend.
One has to wonder if you stuck in Web 2.0, thus not keeping up with the fashion and you to could become old hat.

I'm withdrawing my offer.
Update: In no way did I agree to a purchase of the site. Nobody replied. The deal is not going ahead.

But you put it in writing, a few pages back, so I'm not sure you can without us going for a breach of contract case.Dillon Lawrence wrote:I'm withdrawing my offer.

First there's an offer, now there isn't one. What next? No street? No pavement?
*SHUDDER*
All this unpleasantness could be taken away with a goodwill payment of, say £299.99.
But Barcloid should pay at least half.
