I did enjoy your updates on Radio WM etc, no idea why you got so much stick over it. I'd rather read that than a bleeding rota list - the magical art of TV newscasting reduced to who's on at 9 on Thursday week.
Errrm...

Mary looked after the evening bulletin(Did she do the lunchtime?)

Nick has done the 1025 tonight.

(Malin did the brekky bulletins!)

Rare appearance from Kate Forster doing the weather.

(Comrade Padrano out on the picket line as usual as BBC Brum's NUJ rep!)
No different to any of the other posts on there.

You're the one with the problem.

(Cheers Stu. I won't come back on at all though!)

Nobody else has referred to union reps as comrades, or started predicting who's going to strike, but that wasn't the point.

No, you're the one who appears to have no sense of what should and shouldn't be posted, and then gets all bitchy about it when someone says comments about presenters "smuggling peanuts" isn't on in a topic about BBC Breakfast.

I'm against megathreads - maybe the pointless bickering could be split?

I'm glad those on TVF have done a post-mortem on Komla Dumor.
It appears that Komla has somewhat overworked, and was facing certain pressures from colleagues, as some reports say. It mentioned he wrote recently that his blood pressure was so high that it nearly gave him a stroke, but he continued to put his best at his work and volunteered on extra shifts. From the way I read it, I think he could have considered taking a break or something like that, judging from the magnitude of his health issue, as he mentioned the near stroke incident. I remember not so long ago, not sure whether it was the Mandela coverage or Westgate, I could see him keep on shaking his head as if he's about to faint from the sweltering heat while waiting to speak on air.
