You'd better hurry - I checked for you today and the only ones left in stock (until they re-order them in September) are the ones on the shelf now, and it only looked like 4 or 5 to me...

Sorry to drag this back up, but can anyone recommend a good binder, like the one mentioned three years ago? Either Staples have changed them or I can't find the right ones, and I desperately need some but never get good quality ones and the new Staples ones don't look as good.

ooh, they seem to have discontinued the lever arch versions and only have the inferior ones. How odd.

Hmm, I didn't think I could see a Lever arch one on the Staples website! They still sell Lever arch ones on their website, but they don't look nearly as good - will pop into town tomorrow and see if I can find a replacement for the old Better binder ones.

I think Linde do good binders. Or are they the chocolate company?

No they still sell them, they just don't come up in searches, I spent a long while looking for them. I also vouch of their awesomeness, as originally suggested by Pete.

I'm setting up some webinars at work (live streamed presentations) and needed a holding slide for while people arrive, with some music so they know their sound is working. I ended up making a BBC Schools/OU Follows Shortly style slide, with appropriate branding for my employer. I resisted the urge to do a CWilliams1976 voiceover... I might try doing a clock at some stage

Indeed, they had them in Staples today - very odd that they don't have them online as they had quite the selection in-store!

It's not unusual for Staples to offer stuff in store that you can't get online.

Going back to the original topic, I managed to instill the term 'shatliff' (sometimes mutated to 'shat lift') as a way of describing images stretched out of proportion amongst my coursemates back at University.
