I'm not sure if he ever singed up here or not or on the Tv Forum or not but one guy who sticks in my mind since i've been using the internet since Sept 1999 is "THE EVIL NIEL MORRISEY CLOWN" who was a regular on the NotBBC Forum, who wrote everything in caps could spelt & just chatted general bollocks. He came online about the time of the affair between Amanda Holden & Neil Morrisey. He may have been on TV Forum breifly but got banned very Quickly, I can't remeber now it was back in 2001 afterall!
