A mate of mine has come up with what is probably the ultimate answer to all this.
If you want to vote "No", please put an "X" in the "No" box.
If you want to vote "Yes", please put a "1" in the "Yes" box and a "2" in the "No" box.

I really, REALLY don't know which way to vote. I think, like has been mentioned, a system of PR that makes the biggest party the governing party would be my choice, but I don't think AV is a big enough difference to what we have now.
At the same time, I like how our current system gives a (more often that not) decisive result. I think that's good for the country.
Oh I don't know.

Its seems there more support for AV in Scotland, I believe the line people up here are using for AV is "Vote yes to piss off the Tories. There has been talk that scots could help pass it:

Couldn't really make up my mind, but have finally gone for "No", if for no other reason than because that prat, Ed Millipede, wants me to vote "Yes".
Ballot Paper inserted in Envelope A, Envelope A inserted in Envelope B, Envelope B inserted in the post box. Only question now is whether the useless operation which is Royal Snail can get Envelope B twelve miles to the Counting Officer in a fortnight.
