i needed to pick up something from the city-link depot in norwich, and along the road down the particular industrial estate where it is based there are (i think at least) 3 massive office blocks owned by aviva.
there must of been workstations for a thousand or more people there, at the time is was nearly empty (7pm) but what on earth do they need all those people for? are they just call centre workers?
when i was in york, aviva also have a great big building near the railway station... i made the mistake of trying to walk past at dinnertime and you just can't move for all the big cheeses trying to get their hog roast.
what on earth is going on?
Anybody ever worked for an insurance company?

They're all there to help think up reasons NOT to pay you out when you were completely convinced that your claim was perfectly valid.
