No, no snow in the loft. We had the roof fixed a little while ago.

Don't worry, it's still snow - just melted.

It snowed at about half-midnight last night, by the time I got up this morning it had already turned to mostly ice-crystals.

Slipped my way to work this morning. Should have taken my skis.

I don't own any skis.

Then, at 5pm just outside the pub...

Interesting to note that the roads haven't been gritted overnight, and I've got a Christmas dinner tonight in Winchester. Somehow, I don't think I'll be going...

Three and a half hours to get home yesterday. Normally takes me 20 mins tops. Some people stranded at work over night or stayed in hotels.

For a wee sprinkling of snow this is madness!

We're expecting a centimetre of snowfall here tonight, which will probably settle!

Despite earlier predictions that the weather would start to get warmer after Christmas, temperatures are set to hover around the 0°c mark well into January. If this trend continues all winter then February is going to be very interesting.

And if it continues beyond that then June will be SPECTACULARLY interesting
