I am a curious person, and since they are opened again, I have been enjoying going to the cinema, and thought it would be nice to have a thread here to discuss films, both classic and upcoming, and the state of the cinema in the UK/Around the World. This is basically an expansion of my TVLF thread on Spiderman 2 not being on Netflix to be honest.

What are you guys watching right now?

I went to the cinema twice in 2021, which is two visits more than in either 2020 or 2019, so I consider myself something of a film buff.

I saw Cruella, which was marvellous fun in the "mindless live-action Disney" mould, and C'mon C'mon, which was marvellous fun in the "gently reflecting on life" mould.

Who knows if I'll make it again in 2022? Maybe it will be a record year!
