Wait, that says it's 10 McColls stores rebranding. That's an odd move unless Morrisons have plans to take over McColls outright.

Looks like Morrisons are opening Safeway Daily stores in petrol stations, which seems confusing, as McColls which stock the Safeway brand are launching Morrisons Daily stores.

This should be no surprise, as the tweet posted a while back about the logo did mention it was for petrol stations.

It's probably a sensible realignment to be honest. The existing PFS Morrisons Dailies are not very Morrisons except for the stuff on the shelves.

Sounds like McColls are looking at something closer to the M Local concept.
