It continues to amaze me that it's believed there is a profitable business there. The stores are dire, even the best ones.

Whatever you may think of Mike Ashley, those stores would be better in his hands than the current Debenhams management.

Are there any results that show that House of Frazer is doing any better since they started stocking Lonsdale and Slazenger stuff piled high across the store?
If anything it’d put off the customers that still shop there, who aren’t Sports Direct customers.

I do like to make an annual visit there around November and play the "what price are they charging for 3 bottles of ale this year?" game.

Ha ha, have you not seen House Of Fraser since Mike Ashley took it over? it looks like an even bigger sports direct.

Maybe, but only one of Sports Direct and House of Fraser was successful enough to take over the other.
