I wonder if the M&S Food commercials featuring Lucy Verasamy use that store for her intro piece to camera?

Asda's new advertising is much improved since the takeover. They've ditched that embarrassing "ASDA Superfan" campaign (if you can even call it that) and it's finally clicked that the Asda Price pocket tapping was the strongest messaging they ever had.

The Tesco website has been hacked and was down yesterday. It's back up now.

As someone with an order booked for tomorrow, I can assure you it’s not back up 😊

Well it must've gone down again then, because I checked tesco.com before posting and it looked normal.

I like that 'broken eggs' downtime page, but it looks like someone forgot to update the font from Tesco Sans.

I wonder if this buggered their new walk in walk out store if they had some sort of back up there.

I walked past it today and they've got a hell of a lot of staff, many of whom were lingering outside advising on installing the Tesco app, which I can imagine wasn't as much of a thing that Amazon staff had to do. I'll definitely have to dig out my ancient Tesco log in to try this place out. Anyone know if they've bought in the Amazon system for this?

To be fair when I went to the Amazon store in Canary Wharf, there were a number of staff outside advising how to access the QR code within the Amazon app. After that though, other than someone monitoring the age restricted alcohol section, I don't think I saw another member of staff until I left.

That's odd. Surely at some point someone has to restock the shelves?
