Sainsbury's have refurbished their London Tottenham Court Road branch with the latest logo. The store is also changing from a 'Central' format to a 'Local'.

I have pictures but cannot attach. How do I attach them?

The TCR store has been technically classed as a local for a while now by head office as they phased out the Central format.

However, while it has most Local promotions and pricing, unlike your small scale local, they sell loose bananas by the weight rather than 19p per banana as per the standard Sainsburys.

I'm sure this is high-street related. Nescafé is getting a worldwide rebrand...

Another new logo!?! This is the previous one, which appeared on my local Sainsbury's Local only a couple of months ago.

As you can see, the typeface of the word Local has changed.

That one is now about 2 years old. Yeah, that was shortlived. Had that in my 'old' Local. They've changed again. All their fonts have changed and they introduced a streamline underneath their logo (like the old Safeway logo).

Perhaps they realised they were overusing that slab serif font even more than they ever overused the amazing quirky font they used to use.
