Leaving aside your apostrophe howler, just how can you tenuously hate something? You hate it but only flimsily?

ten·u·ous adj.
1. Long and thin; slender: tenuous strands.
2. Having a thin consistency; dilute.
3. Having little substance; flimsy: a tenuous argument.

Oo-er, and so continuing in my strand of saying 'Sorry' for everything, sorry.

I notice that currys have started using an all blue logo. It is used on the TV ads and the PC World / Currys megastores.

Not exactly a High Street rebrand but hey ho, neither are most on here.

London Gatwick Airport have changed their logo from the original BAA Gatwick one...

to...

Apparently the old one, in font Frutiger, was 'uncompromising' whilst the newer one is more 'personal'.

Hmm...

The font for 'Gatwick' looks terribly '50s housewife' to me...

'Ladies, enter the exciting new world of aircraft designed to transport you at incredible speeds to far-off destinations...'
(you'll have to imagine the Pathe-style accent)

Didn't need to imaging the Pathé voiceover in that - I did it in my head as I read it!

After our Virgin Megastore closed, we got a Zavvi that went bust, and that was in turn replaced by some Madhouse clothes store. HMV is all we have for things like what HMV and Zavvi sold.

Incidentally, didn't JJB go bust? I distinctly remember a closing down sale, when the store is still here today, next to an old Woolies. It's also opposite a Sports Direct, which sells discount brands at designer prices.

Technika - Tesco's electrical brand had got a new logo. Instead of white and green, now it is grey / black and green.

EXCITING NEWS from Manchester arndale, where the already quite new comet has got itself a new logo, in lower case!

I had to sit down to prevent the onset of gaspies.

I swear I've seen that one for a little while now?

And tsk at the inconsistent shop-front branding; who do they think they are, Zavvi?!
