Weird heated argument over whether or not ITV could in theory pay to have their logo put on Television Centre currently occurring in the SNT thread.

Even though there's been no official suggestion or anything. Very TV Forum.

Brekkie at it again about the license fee and the Tories. As someone else points out these type of scare stories appear every time the BBC charter is up for renewal. He really is tiresome.

What I love is how they clutch their pearls about TVC having an ITV logo on it whereas BBC Elstree Centre is ATV Elstree with a BBC logo slapped on it.

Yikes. If Newsroom keeps this up, he'll be history.

It’s the result of relatively long standing members seeing the likes of BM11 get away with a few warnings and temporary bannings despite causing chaos. People are staring to get discontented. A warning shows up beside your name for at least two weeks yet an actual ban only lasts one week. Doesn’t seem fair!

Didn't it used to be a month?

Usually I try and hide my nosiness, but I am dying to know who this might be.

Why HAS Newsroom got such a bee in his bonnet over having received a warning? He's made another thread today which basically amounts to 'the people have a right to know' when it comes to a warning/ban. He seems to think as he's a longstanding member he's above getting warned, and to be fair it can't be nice being in the same club as BM11, but it also sounds like he's not used to getting his own way.

He does realise that a TV Forum warning isn't quite a serious as being a convicted criminal?!

Is it because it's half term? :)
