I wish to apologise to all sane members of TV Forum for posting in the Daybreak thread. It was a dumb thing to do, and I promise it will never happen again. ;)

I know TV Forum is for discussing television presentation but Tumbly's quest to record very single ITV and BBC ident seems a bit obsessive? Does he watch them over and over again?

Compared to 623058's never-ending crusade to find out dates when idents were introduced? Or to be honest, the rota nerds?

As ever, David is not helping.

I'm glad that somebody is wanting to correct the info on wikipedia but what does Tumbly plan to do with all these ident's once he's got every single one of them? Claim he made them?

So the Nick Willmott act didn't convince you that he isn't Christopher Williams? How would he afford the prosthetics involved? Never mind everything else.

Earlier, I posted this in the Neon thread:
Feature Request: a notification which prevents DVB Cornwall from using ambiguous abbreviates (e.g. YT, BSB, LG)
The moderation team has seen fit to replace this with:
Mod Edit: Post Removed, Rude, Unnecessary. User warned.
All I was doing was requesting that such abbreviations which he seems to use exclusively were removed since they harm the readability of threads.

As an example, in the ITV thread he referred to
...ITV YT...
Which to me read as 'ITV Yorkshire Television', I had to go back and work out that he meant YouTube.

Frankly - I'm a little fucked off with the moderators. The way the post had been edited has left some presuming I had called him an old pervert or something.

Also, I've now received a warning via PM, which there is no option to reply to:
This is an automatic private message informing you that you have been warned as a result of your post in TV Forum "Neon" in which you are abusive to other members.

Any further abuse of this website will result in an instant banning from that particular forum for one week.

The TV Forum Team
So I couldn't even check if I reposted with:
Feature Request: a notification which prevents members of TV Forum from using ambiguous abbreviations
I would in fact be banned.

Well, fuck them then. I had made efforts to report bugs and stuff but they can go fuck themselves if they think I'm going to do that again.

Yeah that seemed a little odd to me, it wasn't as if you were being offensive about it and your point is certainly one I agree with.
