I don't think so..

This new business venture of yours doesn't revolve around advertising young ladies as escorts by any chance does it?

Not unless I'm handed a script which requires it!

I've got a stack of ideas for money-making ideas, but half of them my dear mother would not approve of.

Some of us have been working over Christmas, including the big day itself (OK it was recorded...) but still I'll use it to take the moral high ground.

And now I've earnt enough lolly through people desperately wanting to take time off that I don't have to work until the end of the month.

Rock on.

Ive applied for 10 jobs but only 3 got back in touch with me and one of those is still "pending" from months ago.

I keep meaning to pester them... Unfortunatly my experience is in hospitality (i use the term loosely) and no where else wants to hear about me really. I hate working in Kitchens! loathe it! grr! ill try and get me a job before I go back to school.

Been back since yesterday, and as you can see from that fact I'm around these parts again, I CAN'T BE BOTHERED. Doesn't help I took the week off before Christmas, nobody bother to do any of my work for me in that period and so I have no idea where I'm up to and have no motavation to try and find out.

The office is to humid and I'm tired too. Tsk.

Some of us were back a over a week ago... and are therefore offering no sympathy.
Some of us had no proper christmas break at all, and are also therefore offering no sympathy. I merely used the break from uni to concentrate the same hours that I normally do over 5 days spread throughout the week into 3 consecutive days, including 30th December becoming an epic 16-hour shift.

That said, I did get christmas eve, christmas day, boxing day and new years' eve off so I'm sure there are others who had it worse than me.

Worked all through mine too... including an 8am start on New Year's Day.

So no sympathy from me people!

Been back at college since Tuesday and yes, I haven't felt like doing much at all. I keep dozing off much of this week, since the heating is on max most of the time, chairs are comfy and windows are shut. It's the perfect recipe for grabbing 40 winks during the day. I suspect this may happen for a few months yet.

I think everyone I know seems to have the post new year blues as I like to term it - they don't want to be here and want an extra week off. Looking at some of the replies on here, I guess I'm not the only one who's sick of the daily grind after a week or so off.

Bleh, went back Tuesday and wasn't really in the mood to do anything.
Wednesday was chaos when every bugger and his dog wandered in on the back of the Xmas break and the kids breaking their computers by sticking Kazaa on them.
Thursday wasn't much better: More racing round like a headless chicken, discouraging AOL and "I told you not to use that router on AOL" type discussions.

Big headache all week. Woo.
