Well we did it! For the first time after 5 years of chatting online, I finally met the legend that is Ison. At 13:15 today on Horseferry Road, just across the way from Millbank, two bright young things where having a power lunch that would rival the infamous Blair/Brown pact negotiations in a nearby restaurant.
What did we take away, well I consolidated my view of James as being a thoroughly lovely fella and am already looking forward to our next meet.
By the way, we've decided that James will lead the country at the next election as he has a better grin. I'll deal with the money...hmmmm
