I think this has been done before, but here it is again.
What are the songs that really get you emotional?
For me it has to be anything by Aimee Mann, including '4th of July' and 'Wise Up'.
Savage Gardens 'You can still be free' is another one.
'Streets of Philadelphia' by Bruce Springsteen is just one that makes me tearful everytime I hear it.
So what are yours?
Songs that get you all emotional...
R.E.M - Everybody Hurts
Scissor Sisters - Mary
Christina Aguilera - Beautiful
Christina Aguilera - Voice Within
Rufus Wainwright - Hallelujah
Bryan Adams - Everything I do
Enrique Iglesias - Hero
DJ Sammy - Heaven (Candlelight)
Bryan Adams - I will be right here waiting for you
Most Coldplay songs
Gary Jules ft Michael Andrews - Mad World
U2 - One
U2 - With or Without You
U2 - Sometimes you can't make it on your own
I could go on...

Well I have a few.
Enrique Igleasias -Hero gets me usually because of the WTC stuff.
REM - Everybody Hurts, quite and obvious one really.
Bette Midler - Wind Beneath my Wings - The Rose, no laughing but they're quite emotional ones.
Celine Dion - Because you loved me.
Mariah Carey - I Can't Live Without You
Shakespear's Sister - Stay
Whitney Houston - I Will Always Love You
Diana Ross - Hold On Together
The Pretenders - I'll stand by you
There is one more that really gets me but I cannot remember it but I found part of it on an old CD. The Receptionist who used to be in Casualty that could sing and recorded the song which she sang at Charlie & Baz's wedding. Really gets me. Anyone know what it's called?

Songs never really make me cry, some just get me depressed lol.
Kinda like
Commercial for Levi by Placebo
Last Day on Earth by Marilyn Manson
Lady of the flowers by Placebo - just for the amazing verse with the line "She stole the keys to my house and then she locked herself out"
*swoon*
