Re: Phone dilemma
I have only heard negative comments about BlackBerry phones in the past few months - phones breaking for no reason, the tendency for them to slow down to a crawl, and general lagging behind the competition. A comment from a friend summed it up for me - "I miss Android". This was coming fr...

Re: High Street chain collapse sweepstake
There was two Game's and a Gamestation in Hull. The Game nearest to HMV closed down a few days before they went into administration. The other two branches survived. The Game in Princes Quay is also very near a branch of Grainger Games, which combined with the fact that people only go to Princes Qu...

Re: High Street chain collapse sweepstake
The employees in GAME certainly know their stuff, better than people at PC World and Currys, that is the thing I'd hate to see go, employees that know what they're on about. Funnily enough, I would say the opposite in both cases. Perhaps the fact the stores I go to is a huge Currys PC World and a p...

Re: High Street chain collapse sweepstake
Cartridges are so much better than optical media, not least for the read speed and the fact they're rewritable. Remember than an SD card is essentially a 'cartridge', they are widely available now and dirt cheap to make. Whilst no video game manufacturer is going to distribute on SD cards, a propri...

Re: High Street chain collapse sweepstake
That sounds too retro to be true. Optical media is cheaper to produce, that's why they ditched cartridges in the first place. It's good enough for the 3DS and the PSVita. And, with larger production comes lowering of costs. Those are portable systems - they're too small to fit a CD into, so optical...

Another party would have to counter-claim.Gavin Scott wrote:*squeal*
Anyway, no. She prefers to chat by Facebook message thankyouverymuch.
Its sort of a generic enquiry anyway - how come there is a process for claiming your stake on copyright on a clip, but not a method to deny someone else's copyright claim?
