Re: Public Transport in your particular part of the region

Although I've got used to it, personally I think Maccies was better the way it was before. And as said, they do still provide some sort of counter service if you want it. I think that's bc the burgers dont have time to sit under the lamps and therefore the cheese doesn't melt as well and bun doesn'...

Re: The Tesco & other non-Morrisons supermarket thread

I am hazarding a guess we're getting a pharmacy at the big Tesco to replace the counters. It's one of those Tescos where the counters are in the middle of the store and the bit they've sealed off includes the brand new Yo Sushi counter so not sure if thats being moved elsewhere or closed.

One thing about Pay+ is it includes clubcard and, for staff, discount in one single scan. (M&S have also integrated their discount card into sparks I believe). It also had a much higher transaction limit than contactless. BTW is it just me or is tesco's mobile limit flakey? I been refused on app...

Re: The Unofficial Sainsbury's Thread

Fridge at work used to be full of 'em in the before times! Yes, this cost of living crisis really has flushed out the hold outs from my magnificent milk club. It was always better value but it's now just absurd to buy a pint for £1 when £5 gets you three months of unlimited milk. Perhaps one day yo...
