I haven't been logged in as any other user since I turned the site back online. I'm really frustrated about this, it's an issue that has to be fixed, but I'm getting absolutely nowhere.

I'm going to reset the forum and restore the backup I made a short time ago to see if that will fix the problem. Bear with me for about an hour or so...

Sincere apologies everyone, the cookies are really fucked up, and I haven't got a clue how to fix it. I've spoken to my webhost who'll be taking a look at it within the hour.

Xenforo has a great mod for this which limits the amount of posts a user can make per day, phpBB doesn't have such a thing but the groups and permissions are very handy...
