1024 X 768 - I have it at that, simply because it is the biggest and best size which fits well with the monitor. Which is big compared to the last one I had.

To be honest I prefer DVD's, I only ever use my VCR to record programmes, but I usually buy DVD's anyway as I think they are a lot better, especially with old TV shows and brand new films.
