I've never had a cold call from India (as far as I know anyway!) but have got through to Indian telephonists a few times. They are far better than many English telephone operators. Yes, of course it would. But it would be a lot of hassle to change every plug in the world to the universal type.... let alone decide on what it should be

The problem with TVs and videos is that although it's PAL diffrent countries use diffrent off-set frequencies for sound. so if you take a UK tv to austalia or most other counctries you'll be able to tune in the pictures, but it won't find the audio associated with that channel. I think I get what is meant by merging graphics.

On Photoshop it's as easy as just putting each image on a diffrent layer and then removing bits with the eraser
