Re: Wiring a new ceiling light

Re: Tesco Image Thread (and other supermarkets)

They do not allow the use of coupons - which considering Sainsburys have been/are rolling out coupon printers on all their tills seems a little silly. Indeed. Re: Tesco Image Thread (and other supermarkets)

The two main new features being 1 - that they actually work faster than handwriting the barcodes on parchment would have 2 - double sided receipts Now the second one is obviously a bit of cos...

Re: Another High Street Rebrand

In fact £stretcher are showing all Woolworths' old show material! On a vaguely related note, I came across a single 60W bayonet fitting lightbulb in my local Sainsbury's last week - in Woolworths packaging. Isn't Heart 106 being sold though, or at least being rented to another company so Global weren't responsible for the content?

Re: The UK is on Google Street View!

None of my home town is on yet. But my uni house is, and you can see in through the window, which is a little worrying.

Re: DJs taking over records

I know that GMG have it in their style guide that presenters shouldn't talk over records at all, claiming it upsets listeners if their favourate song is talked over. If this always happens is another thing of course.

Just across the road from where decent radio programmes used to be made!

And decent television programmes before that!
Is BRMB's old place still standing now? I haven't been down there for ages.
