Have I been missing anything by never bothering to read the "favourite region growing up" thread?
I've never looked because I thought the whole premise was stupid - surely most people whilst they were growing up only had access to one region, so how could they compare it to any other?

I've never really used anything other than Google, mainly because the results never seem as good. Not heard of DuckDuckGo either but their !bang thing is a standard out of the box feature in Chrome and I use them all the time. You can create your own for personal use, no need for anything to be subm...
