Yeah mine was the same, very shortly after the name change they moved from a massive unit to the old smaller Brantano unit about 4 doors down.

Yeah I think a lot of people say "the Co-op" but I hate "The Asda" :? in our family we call it Stains sometimes :lol:

Yeah I know the bigger ones have, and I have even used one and also my local Argos has a Sainsburys cash machine now attached to the end. I don't know why but Jack's was advertising our "Local" store in our local Wirral Paper, which is through the Mersey tunnel and then the other side of Liverpool, so really it is nowhere near us :lol: .

I drove past my local Gala Bingo yesterday and the signs had been taken down, so I assumed it had closed down, but maybe they're just waiting for the new signs instead? I also prefer the separate bank of checkouts which Tesco seem to have ditched; it meant that it was always a speedy way to pay up and get out, whereas now you're at the mercy of whichever technically illiterate fruitcakes may have tried to use a computer for the first time ever to pay for their tro...

Sayers (or Hampsons as I still call my local one) is much better than Greggs. Sayers sausage rolls are better! My local Lancashire town has had a Hampsons for years.
