When Jenny and Neil mentioned about the story is on that website, I clicked it ,but then my whole computer froze for 10mins and there was a big white pop up window on the bottom right of the taskbar. So thats why I do not go on that website anymore. anymore suggest you have frequently visited this ...

Well if you want to clean out the index.dat log in as another admin (in XP/2000) user and then go into your C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\local settings folder and just delete the Temp, Temporary Internet Files and History folders all together. They'll get remade ncie and clean when you log ...
