It's down to money, both the Scottish and Welsh Governments would go further but they can't because the Treasury won't give them more money or reintroduce things like furlough.

I felt like absolute crap after my booster, the weird thing was that the side effects didn't happen until much later.

I've been reading about the vaccine from GSK and Medicago and I'm impressed that you can make a vaccine from plants.
