Re: Coronavirus - Strange times
In Northern Ireland the guidance is that if you are contacted by a tracer you isolate for 14 days irrespective of symptoms. You only get a test if you show any symptoms. Even if the test is negative you should still isolate for the full period. You will only be contacted though if you were within 2 ...

Re: Coronavirus - Strange times
Pub culture is not such a big thing here in Northern Land, due to the legacy of the Troubles. I did pass a local pub today and there was loads of people stand in the middle of the street drinking. This is because the regulations for outdoors are much more relaxed. You can sit at a table outside all ...

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
In the BBC Presenters thread there’s an awful lot of talk of “telltale signs” of what BBC management apparently think of certain presenters!
Also a sudden love of Victoria Derbyshire.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
They’re talking about a virtual set for breakfast television. I can’t think of anything worse on screen at that time of morning!

Really fed up with all the continuous complaining about the BBC Breakfast set. It’s incessant.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
If our non-Scientist TV Forum members are right there’ll be mass deaths on Merseyside thanks to the Liverpool fans and Coronavirus. As I said the actions of the Liverpool fans ain’t right however to say there’ll be a surge of cases is lazy. Where have these surges been after the BLM marches and VE D...

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
With dire warnings of a second wave of deaths wiping out all of the country Brekkie is now serving the exact type of content that he was criticising BM11 for posting a few months ago! Maybe he's been reading DS politics, they've been telling us a deadly second wave and another lockdown is imminent ...

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
I was getting hints that soupnzi was BM11’s new moniker quite the reason I don’t know. But now it’s looking more like he’s playing the part of cobbles. Cobbles has certainly made an impact! With dire warnings of a second wave of deaths wiping out all of the country Brekkie is now serving the exact ...

Re: Coronavirus - Strange times
I have volunteered for the antibody test also. I support as much testing as possible. I think antibody testing will be popular (dating apps will need a new profile field) but beyond satisfying curiosity I'm not clear on what it gains us since it doesn't prove immunity and it doesn't prove exposure ...

Re: Coronavirus - Strange times
I’m impressed with the efficiency of the test. We got our results back this afternoon - negative. From test to results it was no more than 26 hours. I do question having been offered the test though. It seems like testing for the sake of it! And to help fiddle the government’s figures. What's wrong...
