Milkman lives at the bottom of my street. I get it delivered, 54p/pint. I know it's more expensive than the supermarket but it means I never run out.
Eggs come from the egg machine at the farm 200 yards away and are £3.50 for 15, some of which are enormous, but all of which are fully free-range.

Re: Nexus 10
I'm still with my HTC Desire, and it's about time for an upgrade. The Nexus 4 is a good price, and I'm highly likely to be ordering one from Google Play.

Re: Adverts that irritate and entertain
The current Direct Line ads irritate me for reasons I can't explain. Dull, repetitive and with music which makes me nauseous.

We'll disagree, I for one want this recession to bottom out, so that REAL growth can start, not some QE infused mirage, The only way of doing this is by bearing down a hell of a lot harder than has been done to date on spending of all sorts. I for one have had enough of this clamour for more assist...

Re: 4GEE
The specs of the iPhone 5 suggest (according to Rory CJ) that it can only work with EE. The specs do not include the 4G frequencies to be auctioned by OFCOM.
I suspect that this is going to turn into a messy legal case between O2/Vodafone and OFCOM.

Not surprising, Orange and T-Mobile's *2G* service has always been appalling here. 3G is non-existent.
Still, we have pretty much 100% fibre broadband availability, so it's not all bad this side of the North Channel.

For years I watched various politicians here defend Irish people in various parts of the world and defend them and want them back in Ireland simply because they are Irish and therefore MUST be innocent. (Mainly referring to the case of three Irish men found in the Columbian jungle who definitely wer...

http://www.donegaldaily.com/2012/08/02/it-was-a-farmer-who-sold-me-e5-bag-of-spuds-says-reader/ A DONEGALDAILY.COM reader has hit out at ‘sad’ attempts to rubbish his claims that he paid €5 for a 7lb bag of potatoes. Yesterday the reader contacted us to tell us about his purchase – just a mile or so...

Re: High Street chain collapse sweepstake
Graves always seemed to be one of those shops that was *constantly* slipping - every time I've passed one anywhere in the country for the last four or five years, it's been half empty and apparently flogging everything off. Never quite seemed to hang on anywhere. I think they closed all their NI st...
