Wilkinson has shortened it's name to Wilko. The branch my mum works at got new signage yesterday and a print advert in today's Sun newspaper only uses the shortened version of the name.

The day the coalition was formed. As you say, they're supposed to be left leaning... so why did the Liberal Democrats get into bed with the right wing Conservatives instead of left wing Labour? That will have alienated their voters and they're going to be losing plenty of MPs come the next election.

Especially considering that the old logo didn't even last two years. Abellio only took over from National Express in 2012.

New, but not actually adopted as the company logo - the old one is still used in adverts. Someone posted about that on here last year. I think it might only be used on that one branch.

TK Maxx is part of the US giant TJ Maxx so I doubt they'll be going anywhere. By that logic Borders and Best Buy should have been safe and sound - not that I reckon TKMaxx is at risk at this stage. Strange. Because I've checked since, and my local HMV definitely doesn't have that season 16 boxset. I'd normally have just assumed it was sold out, but if staff think it doesn't exist, they probably never had it in the first place.
