Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board

So Tumble Tower thinks the Comic Relief bit with Daniel Craig having a child's voice was all a wind up. I wish he hadn't said that because I thought it was all for real, thanks for shattering my illusions!

Re: The Tesco & Other non-Morrisons Supermarket Thread

Re: Another High Street Rebrand

Dug around and found the adverts from when they had the phone "vote" to change it back to Coco Pops. The latter must have been the last thing Screaming Lord Sutch appeared in before he killed himself... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXQw_kcah3I&t=3m40s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

Re: The Tesco & Other non-Morrisons Supermarket Thread

It was the only McDonalds I've visited in the UK where the drinks were self serve. The only McDonald's I've been to anywhere where the drinks were self-serve was the one in Terminal 4 at JFK airport! Really? All the branches I visited in the states did it that way (NC, SC, Georgia, Florida). Yeah, ...

Re: Poundland to buy out 99p stores

Poundland/Poundworld also do HDMI cables, you can't tell the difference. A few years back I thought getting gold plated Scart's in Wilko's for around £3 were great. To be fair, whether you truly see the benefits of decent cables on consumer-grade kit is highly debatable anyway. When I was in electr...

Don't forget that Mansfield actually has 2 Tesco Extras!

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board

One thing that's quite obvious is various members of TV forum take the "guidelines" for the BBC logo much more seriously than anyone at the BBC itself has ever done...

Re: Digital Spy Watch News and Information Board

I'm pretty sure it's the same Callum I encountered on the TV Ark forums years ago- back when they still existed. When people expressed exasperation there, his dad went round sending absuive PMs to everyone who expressed any annoyance. Rather than explain his son was disabled (which didn't happen unt...
