I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the dreadfully cringeworthy 'bingo' sponsor bumbers around The Chase on ITV1. They're so bad, I flip down a channel to the endless Flog It repeats, just to avoid them. Thankfully I have picture in picture, so I know when to go back.

I can only assume that various factors, not least the home delivery surge, have put people off actually visiting a McDonalds because of the inordinate wait times. Last time I went to a nightclub, it was The Keel Club in Bathampton, where I was a member for a number of years.
That closed down permanently in 1974.
