Re: What's Next?
I can see working from home being curtailed when companies properly realise they are responsible for people's home working environments - especially around display screen equipment, chairs and tables - all stuff that has been quietly ignored while the pandemic has been going on, but will come back ...

Re: Govt/NHS Digital plan to share patient data
They provided an online opt-out last time this idea came up, unfortunately it was extremely popular and they were basically forced to admit the idea was bad.
Fast forward a few years and the same idea comes back, with a couple of extra restrictions on the use of the data and a much harder to use ...

Re: TV Live Forum Watch News and Information Board
Glad to see the forum didn't go down after a posting blitz on the Prince Philip Obit thread.
Sorry Rob, but that thread is not a good advert for the site.
I'm going to ignore the stream-of-conciousness mega thread issues, with everyone posting one sentence posts overlapping with each other ...

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
So apparently the knock off BBC logos being used by one department are proof the government is planning to overthrow the BBC by way of stealth rebranding and it must surely be a sign of bigger changes to come.
Never mind the fact there have been tonnes of dodgy variants floating around over the ...

Re: Need some good suggestion regarding demolition tools

Also Joshm - you forgot to put 9104 at the end of your name 👍

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
I know TVF isn’t one for wild speculation usually, but my god some of the GMB presenter suggestions are out there to say the least - and I can’t tell if people are joking or not?
That thread needs splitting into "what is GMB going to do" and "who can out Piers Piers + what's trending on Twitter ...

Re: HD avatars and other site updates
@Pete I think you've broken something somewhere - everything's pointing at the server on port 80, which has broken the HTTPS site and loads of links are now coming back with page not found errors - I could only get into this topic by manipulating the URL from another topic.

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
Why are you so toxic? Why are you so nasty.
Expecting other people to obey the rules of the sites they wish to be members of is not being toxic.
Calling out hypocrisy is not being nasty.
You wanted to be a member, you had multiple accounts, you didn't want to get it sorted and now you're ...

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
If I remember right at one time my account was banned as the admin claimed I was another person, again there was no evidence of this and the admin could not advise any further.
Well, you mean other than
I think I had a couple of accounts on the forum over the years.
So you were another person ...

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board
I don’t get why JKDerry gets so defensive every time someone asks whether he’s speculating or knows something.
Probably because hardly a week goes by without someone calling out one of his statements as untrue, to which he then argues it was only an opinion and he shouldn't be told off for ...
