Re: Another High Street Rebrand

Looks all good, apart from the last image. I think the light boxes and foliage look quite dated. Also, those leaves will look even worse when they are inevitably covered in dust.

I’m waiting for someone in the latest death thread to blame Brexit for Jeremy Kyle’s axing.
A variant of this point has already been made by a ridiculous contributor elsewhere:

Re: TV Forum Watch News and Information Board

I guess he might be trying to make a joke about cuts to the number of frontline police officers, or something. I'm probably giving him too much credit though.

Re: Front door legalities

Urrgh. The disorder of it all. At one point, my neighbour and I actually thought we held the title deeds to each other's properties.

Re: Front door legalities

In Glasgow, tenements were traditionally numbered with a floor/position designation, so if you were first floor, second from the left, you'd be flat 1/2. Not ½. In Edinburgh, this is still the case and the council uses this system for identifying properties for council tax, parking permits etc and ...

Seemingly not inside going by this photo.
Aww. The website suggested the opposite, when you compare a section like this from now, versus last month.
Changing a font online obviously much easier than an in-store rollout, but still - don't they know how much we hate inconsistency.

BM11 blaming the BBC for fucking his own printer settings up and being unable to print a PDF correctly in the Eurovision thread is gold.
They'll pay for this eventually, this incident won't be forgotten come charter renewal time.

Re: Another High Street Rebrand

I presume this is the first advert with the refreshed Boots branding. Having passed a few stores, I think the window promo posters etc look pretty good with the logo free'd from it's oval. I'd be surprised if they replace exterior signage given the size of the store estate, but I guess we'll see. I...

Re: Another High Street Rebrand

Not a rebrand, but I noticed my local Homebase has had it's frontage spruced up with a new fascia/banner type thing the length of the store. Presumably it's trying to make the place look more exciting.

Re: The Co-op Thread

I see Scotmid stores (Scottish Midland Co-op) have adjusted their branding to adopt the international Co-op logo, rather than the Co-op Group branding. That said, the new logo isn't being used across all stores, and hasn't been changed on their website for some reason. https://up.metropol247.co.uk/s...
